RosterRhythm: Shift Sleep Plan is made by Rashail Chauhan. The app is designed so that we collect no personal data at all.

What the app stores

• Your shifts, jobs, sleep preferences (sleep target, chronotype, commute, caffeine cutoff) and appearance settings.
• The date you first opened the app, used only to run the 7-day free trial.

This information is stored on your iPhone. If iCloud is enabled, it is also stored in your own private iCloud database and iCloud key-value storage, which only you can access with your Apple Account. We have no access to it, and it never passes through any server we operate.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, no third-party services of any kind.
• No account, email address or sign-in is required or possible.
• No health data is read or written. HealthKit is not used in this version.
• Reminders are scheduled locally on your device and are never sent from a server.

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction. We receive no personal information about purchasers.

Deleting your data

Delete your shifts in Settings → Delete all shifts, or delete the app. To remove iCloud copies, open iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → RosterRhythm → Delete Data.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
